Serving Temperature | 品酒溫度
It is more than typical that Champagnes are served cold. While most of us lack a wine cellar at home, Champagnes are not recommended to be stored at fridge which operates approximately at 4°C. Instead, it should be served at 8 – 12°C. So, how? We suggest two feasible methods.
- Keep the idle Champagnes at a cool, dim place, preferably around 15 – 25°C.
- Put it in the fridge for 3 – 4 hours OR in an ice bucket (with ice-cold water) for 20 minutes.
- Place it at a cool, dim place again for 5 minutes and serve.
香檳要飲凍的是常識吧。雖然大部份人都沒有專業酒櫃,但香檳其實不應長期存放於雪櫃。香檳的享用溫度應該是8至12度,略高於雪櫃的4度。以下,筆者會為大家建議兩種方法。
- 將香檳存放在陰涼地方,15至20度左右。
- 然後放它在雪櫃2至3小時或於載滿冰水的冰桶20分鐘。
- 最後把它待在陰涼地方5分鐘,便可飲用。
